Service of the year - Buddyway.pl – add your travels to a mobile phone guidebook

Blue Media has received a prize of distinction for its original solution Buddyway.pl in a competition called Golden Antennas of Świat Telekomunikacji 2009 within the category SERVICE OF THE YEAR.

The awards and prizes of distinction of 11th edition of the Golden Antennas competition were given
on the 19th of March 2009 during the Great Gala in Radisson Hotel.  Plenty of participants had come
to the evening event, among others people representing awarded companies, journalists and invited guests. Awards and prizes of distinction were given within several categories divided into solutions
for business and for GSM operators. 

Buddyway is a solution that enables creating travel diaries about  ongoing trips, supplemented with your own notes and photos taken in every interesting place you visit, and sending them immediately to your friends.  The application is created for mobile phones with Java, Symbian, Windows Mobile or BlackBerry and it enables registering the whole route: length,  hours of beginning and ending the trip, travel time, average and maximum speed on the route as well
as making speed and height charts. 

For every single trip you can create a Website . Buddyway is an excellent way to collect all curiosities and  make records of all trips. All information and notes taken during the individual stages of your trip in the visited places are recorded on a map. Then it can be recorded onto a CD-ROM and used any time you want.
