New products at Inseco.pl - legal protection insurance

The Inseco.pl insurance online shop has just introduced a new product line into its offer. The new product is called legal protection insurance. This is the first opportunity to purchase a policy of this kind using on-line channels available on the Polish market.

Legal protection insurance means that the insured person will be able to safeguard his or her legal interests and legal interests of his or her family. Legal protection policies offer protection from the risk of incurring costs related to possible legal disputes.

The policy gives right to obtaining assistance of a selected lawyer in the event of a dispute with the employer, car accident or problems with obtaining compensation for any harm done to one's child. Another way to benefit from legal protection insurance is to safeguard one's legal position in disputes relative to lease contracts or medical errors which occurred during hospital treatment.

The offer is aimed at physical persons. The client can decide on the scope of contracted protection by choosing one of the three available options:

• legal protection in private life,
• legal protection relative to vehicles,
• legal protection relative to real estate.

The protection offered may include, for example:

• cost of attorney's and expert's fees as well as costs related to hearing witnesses,
• costs of travel to the court,
• costs of security interests in property.

The clients may also choose whether a deductible amount shall apply to the insurance contract or not.

'The new range of legal protection insurance currently includes two offer modules, developed in cooperation with Towarzystwo Concordia Polska', says Krystian Wesołowski, vice-director of the Insurance Department at Blue Media, which owns the Inseco.pl website. Due to the specific characteristics of the insurance online shop (possibility to carry out a reliable comparison of a few offers) the range of available options offered by other insurers will be increased in the first half of 2011. 'In the future we are also considering extending this product line by adding insurance of this type for business', adds Krzysztof Ambroziak, insurance analyst at Inseco.pl.

Next product lines introduced at Inseco.pl will include motor assistance insurance with optional real estate insurance, medical assistance, and medical insurance.
