Blue Media the leader of the Polish IT market third year in a row

For the third time in a row Blue Media has been considered the largest Polish company providing outsourcing services on the market worth 500 million USD. The Company has also ranked very high in other lists included in the ‘TOP200 Polski Rynek Teleinformatyczny’ (Polish IT Market) prepared by Computerworld magazine. 

On the list developed by Computerworld, the Sopot-based company was for the third time in a row ranked first in the category of companies providing outsourcing services. The report estimated the value of the market in Poland in 2010 at 500 million USD. 

Blue Media S.A. was also ranked fourth in the category of service-rendering companies and seventh in the category providing software implementation services. The Company also came third among companies of the highest efficiency of employees and twentieth among IT companies operating in Poland. Among others, Blue Media ranked at individual positions due to the income which in 2010 reached the level of nearly half a billion Polish zlotys.

The Sopot-based company is the largest IT enterprise in the Pomorskie Voivodeship. It has been operating on the Polish IT market for 12 years now. Recently, the Company has primarily been investing in the development of insurance products (among other things, it has been developing its own insurance market Inseco.pl), community loan platforms (Kokos.pl) and systems allowing for fast interbank transfers (BlueCash.pl). The success of the new project is, first of all, due to innovative solutions, often unavailable at competitive service websites. 

The ‘TOP 200’ report is issued annually by Computerworld magazine. It describes the situation on the Polish IT market and the conditions of the largest enterprises.
