Blue Media among 500 top-valued companies running in Poland

Blue Media Capital Group has just had its debut in the "Top 500" list (Lista 500) in Rzeczpospolita newspaper. The group landed on 444th place, among this years biggest and most valuable Polish companies.

Rzeczpospolita's "Top 500" is a ranking that, for the 12th time, created a list of 500 largest companies operating in Poland. Blue Media has debuted in the list with the result of nearly 0,5 billion złoty revenue. An increase of more than 21% compared to the year 2008.

Rzeczpospolita states that, judging on the presented companies, Polish economy seemed to have coped well with the crisis. The newspaper also pinpoints the increasing numbers of firms with foreign capital over the last two years.

- We are pleased with being presented in the list. I am convinced that this is the result of our consistent policy based on specialization and the continuos introduction of innovation - says Sebastian Ptak, Managing Director of Blue Media. He also adds that Blue Media's goal is to maintain the leading position among suppliers of technologically advanced products.

Blue Media joint-stock company is one of the largest entreprenuerships in the Polish web market. Company’s professional activity focuses on five strategic directions, including support for transactional platforms and individual clients. These are primarily charging services for cell-phone pre-paids. The SMS platform is also a very important field, it acts as a security system of financial systems and mobile phone payments. The year 2009 was a mile-stone for the development of social loans and insurance platforms (Kokos.pl and Inseco.pl respectively). Paying attention to the development of its new brands, Blue Media also enriched its offer for corporate clients.
