A breakthrough judgement of the SAC on sending invoices via electronic communication means is a revolution for service Faktura.pl

First such application on the Polish market, enabling fast online issuing of invoices is preparing for increased user interest. The Faktura.pl service has been provided with new functionalities. Our users are able not only to simply and quickly issue and manage invoices, but also accept the invoice payment, verify their contractors in the National Debt Register and commission payment monitoring to a debt collection agency.

The service administrator is counting on the increased interest in services provided by Faktura.pl in relation to the most recent ruling of the SAC on sending invoices via electronic communication means, and provides the service with new functionalities. At the start, these shall include a possibility to verify contractors in the National Debt Register, accepting online payments and payments monitoring. In following months, Faktura.pl plans to render available other language versions and a possibility to issue invoices in various currencies.

E-payments may be settled on the Internet with a quick bank transfer and also with use of payment card. The rendered system enables the issuer of the document to attach the payment link to the sent invoice. The recipient may at any time use the link and settle the payment for a service or product. Money sent in such a way is quickly and safely delivered to the invoice issuer. A warning for persons trying to evade payments shall be the service consisting in payment monitoring by a debt collection company.

The Faktura.pl service, that has been launched in March 2001 makes it possible to simply, quickly and safely issue large numbers of VAT invoices, pro forma invoices and bills from any place worldwide at any time. The solution is dedicated for micro-, small and medium-size enterprises.

What is also worth underscoring is that using the application does not require registering on the system, while the status of logged user enables access to additional features which facilitate the work and enable time savings time. These include:

• no need for entering vendor's data;
• automatic monthly or yearly numbering of invoices as per configured scheme; 
• integration of purchasers and products base with the invoice issue form; 
• access to the history of issued invoices in split into monthly settlement periods; 
• a possibility to add header and footer to the document and apply a customised base of measurement units and payment methods;
• contractor verification in the National Debt Register;
• issuing invoices with a possibility of online payment acceptance. 

An additional benefit of the system is constituted by a possibility of shipment of the issued invoices via SMS, e-mail, fax or snail mail.
