Coming up to the expectations of its Clients TP SA has launched a new option of conducting on-line phone bill payments through Lukas ePrzelew (electronic money transfer in Lukas Bank) and Płać z Nordea (similar money transfer in Bank Nordea). Electronic bills are now equipped with qualified digital signatures, which guarantees full security while making payments and meets all legal standards for electronic bills and invoices. The implementation is carried out in collaboration with Blue Media, who also provides technical support to the system.
- Over 8 million Clients use our services and we can see, that they are getting more and more eager to take advantage of the most up-to-date methods of paying bills through the internet. In this case it is the electronic payment service of Telekomunikacja Polska SA dedicated to all users of the company’s electronic invoice system called e-faktura. This electronic payment service enables making bill payments through the Internet. It is convenient, and, what is more, free of any charge. That is why we are going to promote it – says Rafał Markiewicz, Director of Invoicing and Billing Department in Telekomunikacja Polska SA.
- Thanks to our co-operation with Lukas Bank and Nordea Bank Polska it was possible to implement the so-called pay-by-link payment system that does not require entering detailed personal data while making payment transactions– adds R. Markiewicz.
Those who want to make payments through the internet ought firstly to agree to receiving billings by electronic mail. They should then receive electronically signed billings in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format to their email addresses. Every billing will contain an active Web link to the on-line payment services.
It takes up to 2-3 minutes to for every payment transaction to be completed. Having accepted the correct data and the right bill amount, the transaction is continued by selecting one of the payment methods listed on the website.
Clients of Lukas Bank or Nordea Bank can use direct money transfers that enable them to make payments directly from their bank accounts with no need to enter any data (it is already done by the system). Other banks offer quick money transfers.
The new solution launched is a revolutionary step in the field of customer service in Telekomunikacja Polska SA and will undoubtedly make the company’s bill payment system more effective.
