LUKAS Bank has made it easier for its Clients to carry out on-line pre-paid mobile recharges

Quick, safe and comfortable – with the use of Blue Media’s solutions LUKAS Bank has extended the functionality of carrying out pre-paid mobile recharges from your e-banking account

The service implemented will make it much easier for all Clients of LUKAS Bank to carry out pre-paid mobile recharges. The only possibility of recharging a prepaid mobile phone has been until now to be redirected from the bank’s web service to the GSM operator’s website, whereas payments have been conducted as money transfers.

- Aiming at obtaining better service for our Clients and their well-being we have made it possibl to process transactions directly from their e-banking accounts – says Adam Stankar, E-Banking Manager from LUKAS Bank.

The transaction of buying pre-paid mobile recharges can be carried out by logging into your e-banking service and selecting the option <Mobile recharges> from the main menu. After selecting your GSM operator, entering the number of your mobile and the recharging amount and, last but not least, after processing the payment, the transaction is completed.

The convenience of this system is that you can make a list of all mobile phone numbers you wish to recharge in the future. In this way the time of carrying out every single transaction is significantly shorter and, what is more, all potential errors such as entering a wrong mobile number, are now eliminated.

- Conducting transactions has now become more and more safe and intuitive so that mobile recharges could be made as quickly and efficiently as possible – adds Adam Stankar.
