Kokos.pl has made available loan insurance. There are 8 insurance packages to choose between

Insurance raises to a great extent the safety of social loan transactions made by users of the service.

Already on joining the service there is a promotion elaborated specially for the users of kokos.pl: First three months.

The promotion consists in getting half of one month free of charge after paying a 3 month insurance fee. It means that if the borrower takes a loan for a period of six months he or she will then receive one month’s insurance free of charge, and with a loan taken for the period of 12 months the result will be a 2 months’ insurance free of charge.

The elemnary package includes basic insurance against following risks:
- death as a result of an accident (NNW),
- permanent and absolute incapacity for work (for any reason),
- temporary incapacity for work caused by hospitalisation as a result of an accident (NNW).

The full package provides the insured with a maximum protection including the elementary packet mentioned above as well as temporaty incapacity for work, serious illness and loosing one’s job.

The other 6 packages are, apart from including the elementary packet, a combination of different versions extended with one or two risks included in the full packet.

If during the loan period a situation covered by the insurance occurs, the Investor will receive back the money invested in the loan from the company Cardif.

Cardif is the partner of Kokos.pl in the field of offering insurance services – it is a world’s leading company in the area of the bancassurance market.

Cardif’s business position is baded on many years’ experience gained through co-operation with biggest companies from the financial sector, first and foremost the banks.

Every singe insurance program, including the one for Kokos.pl, was elaborated within a program called „tailor-made”.

In the same time the service’s already working Partner Program has been modified with a view to generating our Partners’ incomes.
Right from today’s date the Partners of Kokos.pl will be receiving points for every transaction made by an newly won user. The Partners will as well receive commission on the new users’ investments if their total value will be of minimum 500 PLN.

Currently there are over 20 000 users registered in the service, and the total value of all loans is 2 500 000 PLN.
The operator of Kokos.pl is the company Blue Media. Plans for the development of the service in the coming two years are aimeda at winning 100 thousand new users.
